SECRETS TO CREATE A MORE PEACEFUL HOME WITH YOUR TEENAGERS
Let's dive into some of the proven strategies to transform your home from stressful to peaceful. You'll learn how to align with your partner on parenting decisions, establish effective family systems, communicate respectfully during conflicts, recognize your own issues versus theirs, and accept your teen as they are. This will be the perfect complement to everything you're learning inside the program!

Let's replace one controlling habit with connection this month.
Connection Over Control Challenge...
Task: Identify ONE area where you're trying to control your teen (homework, screens, room, etc.). For the month, replace control with connection - have conversations, offer support, or let go and observe.
Interaction: Share what you're releasing and why it scares you. Check in mid-month, then share results at month's end.
